catering's niche is people who are passionate about their parties
and in particular food and design. our clients are well traveled and
dine in the best restaurants. we create timeless looks, food the caliber
of a five-star restaurant and beautiful design coupled with the best
service and flawless execution. we believe food should be entertainment
unto itself. |
| we are available
to cater events from maine to los angeles, as well as beyond our country's
borders. we are based in new york. but also maintain an office and
kitchen in our original start of philadelphia. we are the exclusive
caterer at The Academy of Natural Sciences which is located next to
the four seasons hotel in philadelphia. this museum offers extraordinary
settings for corporate, private and charity events for up to 1000
guest reception dinners. |
| one of our
most important characteristics is how few events we cater on a given
day. we have a large full-time staff of chefs and office personnel
typical of a substantial production catering company. by choice, we
usually cater only one to two events a day, a key component to producing
a remarkable event. we cater primarily large events, such as weddings,
landmark birthdays, bar or bat mitzvahs, or other celebrations. |
| often, we
are the trusted entity connecting our clients with the appropriate
designers, planners, entertainment and tent companies. our clients
have the benefit of choosing from many unique locations which are
rarely available for events. |
